Magdalena Hess is an award-winning jewelry designer, author, and philanthropist. Her jewelry designs are known for telling compelling stories through beautifully crafted pieces. With over four decades in the jewelry industry, she has dedicated her career to creating works that enrich people's lives.

Educated at the Gemological Institute of America, Magdalena spent much of her professional life as a creative partner at Jose Hess Design, working alongside Jose Hess, a multi-award-winning designer. Her journey has taken her around the world, deepening her knowledge and expertise in the global jewelry industry.

Today, she continues to uphold the integrity and quality associated with the Hess brand while collaborating with other brands and connecting with a new generation that values timeless style. This commitment to design excellence is also reflected in the Jose Hess Accessories collection of handbags and eyewear, available exclusively at Danbury Mint.

Beyond design, Magdalena is passionate about philanthropy, bringing toys, supplies, and joy to communities in need.
